WORD OF THE LORD FOR 2015 by Rev. Cathy Dickson
Recently, I saw in a vision an AK47 beside me and another Christian. I hear the Lord saying that He is arming His children for battle, not with weapons of flesh, but with spiritual weaponry that is greater than any arsenal. God will shows signs to unbelievers just like He did when Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. Fire consumed the water and the sacrifice. No one thought it was possible but God told Elijah that He would prove Himself to be God. As the people watched completely amazed, they began to fall on their knees and cry out, “The Lord, he is God! The Lord, he is the real God!”
So it is in this battle, some people have already interpreted the battle that we face as one to be fought with physical weapons like the various gangs and terrorist organizations. They think they are wiser, stronger and more powerful than God. Their forces will increase but God is raising a great army of people who are hidden in Him; hear His voice and move fearlessly in Love confronting the prophets of Baal. Their simple, rejected weaponry will confound the enemy and cause confusion in his camp while God’s people will see the hand of God prove Him-self undeniably in a miraculous way.
This battle is growing world-wide, increase in attacks from every angle, but the Lord God Almighty will release what appear to be foolish strategies, yet causing great victory for the Kingdom of Heaven. God’s Kingdom will rule, anyone who kills in the physical, thinking that they will gain God’s favor is mistaken. The battle that we fight is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual powers and rulers of darkness in high places…it’s a spiritual battle that requires spiritual intimacy with the Creator, that can only come through the Christ’ Door. Jesus proved while on earth that He is the Christ. Some don’t believe that, yet…but they will, in this season many who are following false christs will discover the True Christ, Jesus Christ, God the Son and Saviour of the World. Many will turn from their allegiance to false belief systems, religions and christs at the cost of everything, family, friends and their very life.
One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord of All!
Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you– unless indeed you fail the test? God, show us if there be a wicked way in us and lead us into all Truth: “Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.
But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you”. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.) (Rom 8:5-8) …”Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later. For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are. Against its will, all creation was subjected to God’s curse. But with eager hope, the creation looks forward to the day when it will join God’s children in glorious freedom from death and decay. For we know that all creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time” (Rom 8:19-22)
Don’t get worried about the bizarre and extreme storms in weird places and unknown appearances in the galaxy or discoveries in the deep, it’s all a part of the birth pangs coming upon this earth. Like Baal (the weather god), Elijah is rising up with a prophetic voice to calm the storms of life in the natural weather and in the spiritual climate around us. Like a woman in labor (without medication), she may feel like it’s so severe that she’ll die, so it is at this time for all of creation is in labor, preparing for the birth of our King, not as a baby in a manger this time, but as King and Lord of All! This is the spiritual travailing for the birthing of the new heaven and new earth as promised. Intercessors will live on alert. They will see people and circumstances in their spirit to intercede for and will be available at any hour and any place. God will unify intercessory teams, without unity there’s a battle in the prayer itself and the miracle will be hindered. I’m speaking of God ordained–Spirit connected intercessory teams that walk in faith, they will see the results but not boast in the results, or even share with others outside of God’s leading, they will ponder in their hearts and marvel at the goodness of God’s faithfulness in what God has done and give all the glory to Him.
This is an Appointed Time! Don’t think Terrorists rule, or cyber hackers, or any work of darkness. The wheat and the tares will grow together, even in the church, synagogue, mosque, long-house, temple or outside of such religious organizations. God Rules! There will be great pain and confusion on the earth. Even the greatest scientists from every domain will be confounded by some new discoveries and attempt to find causal relationships; without spiritual insight their answers will be limited. All of these discoveries serve an eternal purpose and all of them are a symptom of the birth pangs of our earth.
These birth pangs will come upon this earth in an ever increasing frequency and intensity.
In 2015 news reporters will have no shortage of stories to tell in, doctors no shortage of unknown disorders and unknown treatments, some on a large scale. Scientists may attribute these changes to global warming or a polar shift, alien invasion or blame it on various governments around the world; that is only a symptom, not a causal factor. The root of the cause of all of these bizarre phenomena is the earth who is in labor for the Second coming of the King, Jesus Christ. The earth in is crying out just as God’s people are crying out, come Lord Jesus Come! In this desperate time, there will be a heart cry from people around the globe out of every faith system for the Truth, the Whole Truth and nothing but the Truth so help them God. There is only one Truth, one Way to Life Eternal. If they call out to God in sincerity of heart and lay aside every-thing that they have ever or are being taught the God of the Universe, Lord of All will reveal His truth to their heart. Sincerely admit to God that they have sinned, broken what they inherently know is right and followed a deceptive path away from God not towards God. There is a move, a great awakening even in the darkest places. Spirits are coming alive to the knowledge and experience of genuine Love, the greatest expression ever of genuine Love was the sacrifice of Love years ago on a cross by Jesus, God the Son, the perfect sacrifice for the sin of all men who acknowledge His Lordship and follow His Ways.
Don’t listen to me, don’t listen to your friends, don’t listen to anyone except get away and ask God Himself, He will meet with you, He will give you an abundant, joyful life with promise for eternal life with Him if you are willing to commit your life to Jesus Christ.
